Our Mission + Vision
We are on mission to ignite the body of Christ to be sowers of God’s word and growers in their God-given callings.
Our Vision stands under our acronym of FULL. To see women live in the fullness of God and His promises by knowing AND believing we are FREE, UNSHAKEABLE, and LOVED women. Not living half or hidden lives.
FREE: “So if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.” - John 8:36 (NIV)
We are free! Hallelujah! Jesus has set us free and that gift has been given to us so generously by our Savior. Our call then, is to live our lives walking boldly knowing this truth.
LOVED: “In all these things we are more than conquerors, through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” - Romans 8:37-39 (ESV)
We are loved beyond what we can even fathom and nothing can separate us from the love - God the Father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Spirit - has for us. That’s how deeply we’re loved.
UNSHAKEABLE: “All of creation will be shaken and removed. So that only unshakable things remain.” - Hebrews 12:27 (NLT).
Life will come at us, the enemy will attack us, but we must remain unshakeable - just as God is. Remaining joyful and faithful in times of trial and pain is what will change this world and remind us just how unshakeable God is.
LADIES: “God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.” - Psalm 46:5 (NIV)
We are precious daughters of the most high King and He cares for us deeply. He is within us. There is a special power that lives within us that guides our womanhood, our femininity, our leadership, and our voice as women and - “who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?" - Esther 4:14 (NLT)
WHAT WE DO

We come together to grow as a community of sisters. This is done through international retreats, gatherings, day retreats, bible studies, justice-centered events, and so much more. We gather because we know the power that ignites when a group of God-fearing women come together to love on one another, encourage one another, and be transparent with one another.
I G N I T E
We create and provide free resources for women to live out the abundant life God has for them. These resources vary in topic but are all free and provide women with tools to travel, practice self-care, develop themselves, and so much.
G R O W
We do this through our faith-growing tools, coaching services, teachings on our Yas and Amen Podcast, Bible studies, Book clubs, and more. We believe living a full life must include growing.

Pricelis Dominguez, Founder and CEO
I am a woman who has been called to equip other women in their calling(s) and I do that by creating opportunities to be resourced and rested in order to truly live in the abundance that is available to all of us. To help others live consecrated, connected, and co-creative lives with and for God.
I grew up all over NYC and in the Dominican Republic - and I currently live in the Bronx with my husband, Emanuel and our newborn son. I am an entrepreneur, educator, social worker, facilitator, writer, advocate, change agent, coach, and creator.
I founded FULL Collective because of a "yes" response to a dream God deposited in my heart. That yes started with me starting a women's bible study group called FULL. This was in March 2018. Since then, FULL Collective has launched and now we host gatherings and retreats, as well as creating free resources and purposeful products for women to live FULLy.
Alicia Akrie, Operations Coordinator
Alicia Akrie is a Pittsburgh native living in New York City for the last ten years. She’s always had a love for fashion and style and began as her grandmother’s sewing assistant. Alicia received her Associate degree from Community College of Allegheny County and transferred to finish her education at Savannah College of Art & Design receiving her BFA in Fashion Design in 2013. Since then, she has worked in multiple categories becoming a lead designer working in the Women's Denim and Woven’s Categories. Alicia has long been active in the local church and has helped plant churches in NYC. She recently pivoted into full time content creation with the launch of Live unLeeshed, a blog dedicated to the exploration of fashion & faith. Her mission is to empower & equip women to show up for themselves by reimagining their wardrobe, one piece at a time. Take up space and “Wear Your Things!”. Freedom looks good on you!
